Pedi-Pull
This exercise is called centering on the Pedi-Pull. I love that this exercise focuses on alignment. If you watch this video, you'll see that my right shoulder is slightly out of alignment which brings the rest of my body slightly out of alignment. Within the method, the goal is to bring the body as close to alignment as possible. In addition to increasing body awareness and alignment, the Pedi-Pull helps to coordinate the upper and lower body as well as increase the balance.
For this particular exercise, heels stay lifted and the abdominals engaged. When you try this, try to be a tad more focused than I am. However, everyone knows that the more you laugh the more your abdominals engage!
