Milkshake for Breakfast?
Yes. You read that right. Milkshake for breakfast. If I served it to you in a styrofoam cup with red writing on it you'd think I had paid a visit to the drive through at Cookout. Here's the recipe:
1 cup of coconut milk
1 frozen banana
2 dates (you can sub dates for honey, agave or coconut sugar)
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
handful of ice cubes to thicken
Blend together and serve
